Jen Kryz and Katie Duffy are by far the best spinning instructors I’ve ever had in the Cleveland area. They kick your butt and don’t mess around. Great music and energy; I never find myself bored or staring off (like i do in most spinning classes). After my first class with Jen Kryz and my Fitbit said 780 calories burned; which is absolutely unheard of for a 60 minute class! This is by far the best spinning studio I’ve been to in Cleveland. I’ve been a rider for years at other places but this one is by far the best. The energy in the room is amazing and Jen Kryz rocks my world! I can’t say enough great things about this place. �
