I was nervous as heck that I wouldn’t make it through! The trainer and others in the class were so nice and motivating! I didn’t feel uncomfortable if I needed to stop. It’s such a great workout!
I live north of Dayton, OH and whenever I come to town I always make sure I grab a bike with Jen! As a spin instructor myself, she inspires me each and every time I come to her class!!
invited by a friend, luckily on a day I had high energy. it was my first time in a cycling class since 2003. I had a blast! the music was fun, the instructor was helpful and encouraging. first class $5 and free shoes. definitely worth a try, do what you can and push for what you dont think you can. I hope to be back as soon as I can walk, lol.

Such a positive atmosphere for working out if you are new to Spinning. I started in the beginner progressive course with Elcin which was a great way to get your "feet wet" with the basics, and took away a lot of those nerves. I took my first "real" (though don't get me wrong that beginner class was still very real) class this morning with Katie Duffy and she was so positive and encouraging for a beginner like me.
