My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Spratling for over 5 years now. He and all the staff are wonderful. Dr. Spratling is such a kind, soft spoken, Christian man. I highly recommend this dentistry.

Dr. John Spratling is among the best in pediatric dentistry. Our son with autism has been under his care for 13 years. Dr. Spratling has been incredibly patient and gentle so that this now 15-year-old measuring 6‘2“ in 295 pounds willingly and joyfully complies to with all dental care. It would be difficult to find a kinder and more competent dentist of any kind. You would do well to seek out his care.
Hands down the best Pediatric Dentist in Augusta! My son is a patient of Dr. Spratling and he’s absolutely wonderful! I myself saw Dr. Brantley when I was a child and I’m so happy that my children will experience such a great dental office!
This was my 1-1/2 year old daughter’s first visit to the dentist and all the staff were so great to us. She cried during the actual exam and Dr. Spratling never skipped a beat. He just talked through the exam like nothing was happening and was finished in no time. Then everyone gave her praise and made sure she was okay. I was very impressed. They all seem to really care about the well being of their patients.
It's always a pleasure to bring my daughter to Pediatric Dental Specialists. The staff fully understands my daughter's special needs and makes sure to provide her with a comfortable and friendly environment. The visits are expeditious and "painless". Thanks for all of your hard work.
It's always a pleasure going to my son visit. Everyone is always nice. It's very clean they answer all your questions. The Doctor is always nice he sing when he's checking the kids teeth lol. I love this place
Wow!! We were welcomed from the sign in and felt like we were people and not a number in the waiting area! First visit went great and looking forward to staying with this practice until my child out grows pediatrics!! Dr. Spratling spent quality time with us and explained the upcoming procedure so my 11 year old could understand. I am glad we were referred here!! Wait time was very reasonable!! Thank you Pediatric Dental Specialists!!
