I was referred by my provider to the consultation center for psychological testing and felt like I received great care from the staff. The front desk staff were very friendly and prompt, and the doctor and assistant were knowledgeable and kind. My psychoanalysis when reviewed with my provider was deemed accurate and insightful, and I was provided with great recommendations for resources to look into. Everyone from the receptionists, to the psychometrist to the undergrads were kind and informative.
Went for an adult ADHD evaluation and had a wonderful experience. I was originally booked for an appointment 5 months away but being on the cancellation list allowed me to get my initial interview about 2 months after referral and the evaluation and final diagnostic result appointment were scheduled about 2 weeks after my first interview. Dr. Hill-Lee made the experience easy and efficient and was a wonderful doctor to work with.
Pregnant lady did my testing. Said I didn’t have autism because I didn’t have developmental delays. That’s the only reason. She said I’m probably just anxious and said she’d refer me to a bunch of social groups as I don’t know how to function like a normal person. I feel as if I was improperly diagnosed and have not heard a single word about my referrals. Place is a joke. Invalidating and old testing. Don’t go here
It took forever to get an appointment, and I went all the way to grand rapids to be told I do not have ADHD or autism because I seem to do fine in social situations and don’t repetitively move. I have had to mask my whole life, much like most women who go undiagnosed. I have many symptoms of both, I just don’t think the doctors here are educated enough on female autism and ADHD
