Awesome place. I have known Sue Stevens for years. Professional, kind, friendly, caring, smart, knows her meds and medical, psych, and clinical issues. . Rothman knows his stuff too. But you gotta show up and you gotta pay your bill. Period. I respect that.
The woman who answers the phone ruined this place for me. She only cares about the money and gets a tone with you as soon as you owe them anything. She’ll shut you out and doesn’t care about your health or needs as a patient. Zero compassion or empathy from this woman.
