I had a great experience at PTRC! I just discharged after 2 weeks and feel much better than I did upon intake. They helped to stabilize and support me. My SW and Dr were great to work with. The OTs and nurses are all fabulous, and most of the MHAs as well (Especially Terven, Curtis, and Chris). Overall a great facility!
The mental hospital on the top floor is the worse staffs don’t care to help you and the patient look for problems it’s like a prison
I feel as if this place is safe, well maintained & the staff are friendly & helpful. Easy to find location, right near Community Healthlink. Social worker Katherine is phenomenal & truly cares about patients in a compassionate, courteous & very professional manner! I would recommend for someone in need of inpatient mental health services. Security are very good at their jobs as well & take their positions seriously.
