Office staff is RUDE! I am so glad the NP I’m working with split off and went to a new place because the one time I went to this place was awful. They require you to put down a 50 dollar deposit AND because of THEIR policy they automatically charge you the specialist co-pay instead of verifying with your insurance to see what you actually need to pay. Aneeta Azal is a JOKE!!! She had me misdiagnosed and miss-medicated for years!!! Luckily, I moved out of Lake Charles and have since gotten the right diagnosis, medication, therapy and since this have began to thrive!!!! Feel Free to contact me for more information
