Lani has been amazing. Very easy to work with. She is very patient with me. She takes the time to pinpoint my strengths and weaknesses and after every session with her, i feel confidence in myself. She gives excellent pointers helps me create weekly goals. It has been pleasant. I highly recommend Lani @ Psyche Fitness 😎
