Clinical therapy isn’t something I chose to do on my own. I also didn’t have a choice in the therapist i would be receiving. Regardless of my pessimistic attitude, I have to admit Lani Espinas really helped open my mind about bettering my mental and emotional health with her professionalism and I can honestly admit I don’t regret meeting with her for 6 weeks one bit. She listens and respond appropriately and is very patient about how you open up. 10/10 would recommend her to any of my friends or family.
