This is by far the most unprofessional, unorganized office I’ve ever come in contact with. Every task provided to the office staff has been dropped since a visit with them since MARCH 18. Record request , prescriptions, you name it, NOT DONE. Office “manager” just said meet me outside at 5’oclock I’ll show you who SHEILA ROBINSON IS.
If you're going here thinking you will find a therapist who will be with your loved one for the duration of their difficulties, guess again. They go through therapists here regularly (don't know why) but there is no such thing as longevity. Just when your loved one gets comfortable enough to talk, they will let the therapist go without warning and you are on your own. Thank goodness we did not have someone in CRISIS! But I feel terrible for those who may have. :(
My son has been a patient here since October of last year and we have never once met his actual psychiatrist. The front desk staff is intolerable, and whenever my son needs his medication refilled, it ends up being an argument because they always try to refuse filling his mess. I have to ask for his PA to call me and she ALWAYS send his refills with out being difficult and apologizes constantly for the front office staff. My sons insurance doesn’t give us many options for a psychiatrist, I wouldn’t take him here if I had ano... read more
I am not sure about other doctors at this location but I have been seeing my therapist, Dr. Babatope’s for about a year now. I can say without a doubt that she has helped me change my life. She is very organized, kind and wants to help you. She stabilized my severe depression and other psychological symptoms due to health issues and emotional traumas. I can't recommend her highly enough. It took me a while to open up to her, but now I feel like I go see a good friend not a psychiatrist. Thank you Dr. Babatope’s!
