This facility/doctor should be ashamed of themselves and no longer allowed to practice medicine.They unexpectedly quit providing services, answering phone calls, and refilling medication without notification. This has caused major distress in my routine and medicine management. I am disgusted that there are other patients who are likely experiencing worse due to withdrawal symptoms, etc. Never see this doctor.
This office shut down without notifying patients. I was scheduled for a phone consult that just didn't happen. I now have to find a new place soon because that appointment was for a medication refill. In addition, I sent them papers to fill out for testing accommodations and they kept them and never sent them back, then disappeared. The most unprofessional business ever.
This place shut down spontaneously after not even letting patients know they would be closing so they could make proper preparations and start finding alternate care for their patients. All I got was a message that says they are now closed on their voicemail and giving me until the end of the month to request my records by mail only.
I have been trying for over a week to get 2 prescriptions refilled (4 phone calls and 2 physical visits). I stood at the desk yesterday until they told me the refills had been called in. THEY CALLED IN A REFILL TO THE WRONG PHARMACY FOR A MEDICATION I DONT EVEN TAKE ANYMORE! So now I am out of 2 medications that are necessary for me to function and have significant withdrawal symptoms. I have had issues with them multiple times in the past, but this is too much. I have been having panic attacks that have been putting me in the hospital, I came to my appointment 5 minutes late (they give a 15 minute Grace period!!!) They suddenly said they couldn't see me because I was late... It's a female doctor with short brown har and glasses (not miss Stasha Fritz.) The "new" doctor I have been seeing has just suddenly taken me off my medication and been having anxiety and panic attacks very frequently... I went to the one in Conyers and from my experience I’m pretty sure the Conyers branch is a complete set up! The people seemed to be kind but I never even talked to a doctor. They took my money and refused to fill my rx. They even accused me of trying to get my xanx rx filled early. I know people who do that and I’m not one of them. If you’re gonna accuse someone of being an addict you need to have all your fact straight- Worst experience ever
RecommendedFinding good care is hard for mental health but my first visit was assuring. Every one was professional and caring. Looking forward to the rest of my treatments.
Their website claims to “care about you” but their practices prove otherwise. The office staff are far from professional...from they way they present themselves to the way that they act. My mother missed an appointment because I had to have emergency surgery (that she had to attend in case something happened to me) and now they are trying to charge her and won’t see her until she pays for that appointment.
