We have had the Worry-Free service for over 20-years and it is superb; the ease of making an appointment to seeing a friendly face is effortless. Our most recent visit was a recipe for disaster-- our 25-year-old Lenox Pulse which owed us nothing stopped working; luckily yesterday, 6/14 and not 6/12 or 6/13. The friendly service guy was on time, diagnosed what proved to be a simple part replacement and was on his way in under 30 minutes. They are quick to cut your power off but there's 12 hour window to put it back on after you paid . I have a infant who's milk and food are goin bad . But they don't care cause it's not a "emergency "
Do not fall into the trap of their "Worry Free" contracts .. They do not service you for weeks. They take your money monthly but do not offer repair help for 2-3 weeks.. Thats insane . Our dryer broke and we all know we need clean clothes. Especially being we have children . I called for the "Worry Free" feeling and go nothing but rude horrible service. Trying to get through on the 800# in response to a letter about switching they sent me and the auto features are terrible. They offer a call back and when they call no one is there. I try calling back and get a message we're busy call later.
