Just had my old gas meter replaced a few months ago by PSE&G. Today, I received a letter from from the utility stating that they routinely check old meters for accuracy. Turns out, mine was registering gas usage at a quicker rate than actual usage and that they’re crediting my account with nearly $400. Who does that!!! I also had GREAT service during a recent single-home outage. Thank you!

PSE&G was in my development replacing gas meters. I end up with a broken water service line causing my basement to flood for 2 days now. My water has been shut off and it's costing me close to $5000 to get the pipe replaced. Calling customer service is a nightmare. I had to go thru my township to get the supervisor to come out. They put a clamp where they broke the pipe & I was flooded again after a few hours. No ownership - they want to blame it on a corroded pipe. Start by knowing that you sent us an email about a part being ready to be installed and don't have your clueless phone people INSIST that PSEG never sent an email (when I am looking right at it) while the service tech for Worry Free tells us that the part was delivered here and it wasn't. The email says that PSEG had the part. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing and he whole operation is run terribly.

this company needs to get their ish together ASAP. I am furious. we have experienced power outages every day... multiple times a day.... for the last 5 days. we have not called it in because all of our neighbors have instead. why waste our time? well... now they will get a call every single time. we are now experiencing issues with out brand new appliances and our electronics because the surges are so often and hard that it is breaking through surge protectors.

A sad affair...I just received my PSE&G bill with a bunch of "Worry Free" literature. What a misnomer. I just had a blower motor, fan and some other parts go on the blink that PSE&G would not replace because the "unit was in the attic. After many discussions, PSE&G sent me the parts and I had to pay another company to install the parts. PSE& G where is my refund? You alos pulled the same scam on my washing machine. Why would I recommend a company that turns the power off on medical dependent patients. I am a nurse and this company should be deeply held accountable for the death they caused. They continue to deny and place blame. I hope you are nailed to the wall with this unless you step up and do what’s right change policies and train your staff!!!!!

A woman made a significant payment just days previous and her family alerted you to her medical condition and you cut off her electricity anyway and then she died because of it. Are you money-grubbing, evil, incompetent or perhaps all of the above? Shame on you.

Quite honestly you suck! Ralph Izzo is a moron. Worry free is bullshit. It should be worry your ass off. Had A/C repaired yesterday it worked for 5 hours. Called back to schedule another appointment, for today 6/20/18 between 4&8, made arrangements to leave work early. No one shows! Called in and was told that someone came and the job was complete! It turns out the idiot repair person went to the house across the street and serviced my neighbor A/C on under my account. ...Continue Reading
