Hottest day of the year and no power on entire block. When you call they have no clue there is an outage. PSE&G method, “let s wait till we get a 1000 calls first.. then our system will tell us and we will send out a tech after the lunch break”
Dont trust @pseg PSEG online stop service. it is not working. After they charge you next month, Dont try to fix it with customer service. Since they are not helping us. different people say different things. onegive me empty number to reach， one just hang out the phone one want to Let me reach apt. they just Dont want accept the mistake and Let customer take respondsibilitiy for their own mistake. like that kind of company always Do. they treat their customer as idiot and extract money from us.
Your tree-trimmers came into my yard without permission when I wasn't home. They moved all my furniture, didn't put it back, trampled plants, and broke a plant-hanger!
Very difficult to make an appointment with PSE&G and then when you have the appointment they don’t show up. No phone call nothing. They give a 4 hour window and cannot day when they’ll be there and then nothing. Don’t waste your time

Horrible company. Our power has been out for 3 hours and nothing has been done to rectify this. They claim to be working on it since 6 AM. Estimated restoration time is NOT TILL 130 PM! This is beyond unacceptable. 1-2 hours is reasonable time to arrive and do your job I guess, but over 3 Hours?! Absolutely not. I have been unable to feed my son a good breakfast as the assholes “working” on the situation have long since passed the point of an acceptable restoration time. Fuck PSE&G and anyone who supports them.
Not too happy with your hot water heater replacement program. I was charged $3200.00 to have a $900 hot water heater installed. Estimated cost of additional parts, required permit.and old heater disposal: about $235.. It took the serviceman about 3 hours to install. So, that is telling me that I was charged about $688.00 per hour for labor! Highway robbery! I do not recommend that anyone call your company for replacement service! Cheaper to stay at motel for a couple of nights until you can get a new hot water heater install... read more
They ripped up the ground and made were supposed to return it to normal. Normal for them was making it a big mound of dirt and throwing some grass seed on top.
Don't pay for Worry Free. They will make any excuse to not come repair equipment that you bought through them. Save your money.
