Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! No, I don't think so Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient

Was the dental equipment clean? Absolutely! It looked brand new Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
