Very short appointment today to seat new crown. As usual, Dr McCroskey worked quickly to get the procedure completed as soon as possible with a minimum of discomfort. What I appreciate most is that he is careful to explain what he will be doing and then reiterating/expanding upon his explanation at each step in the process. I never feel like I don't know what to expect or what they are doing in my mouth. All of his staff are very competent and patient oriented.
Always excellent friendly professional staff and work
Going to the dentist is not anyone's favorite thing to do. But I have found Dr. McCroskey and all his staff members to be very friendly, kind and professional. They always make you feel so welcome. My teeth are very sensitive and I always dread going in for the 6 month cleaning and check-up. Since going to Dr. McCroskey I can honestly say I don't mind going to the dentist anymore!
I initially chose McCroskey due to proximity to my work place, but I am so pleased to have found this place. The care is excellent, the staff always friendly and the atmosphere warm and inviting. I have no reason to go anywhere else.
Consistently excellent service for the many years I have been a patient of Dr. McCroskey. The office, the doctor, and the staff are all outstanding.
I highly recommend Dr. McCroskey and his staff. They are friendly and highly professional.
You guys are all awesome. My only complaint is that John hits a drop shot too often on the tennis court, and when he does it to me I feel like I'm getting a root canal procedure. But seriously - you guys are the best, and I tell that to everyone.
I trust Dr. McCroskey implicitly, which is why I continue to be his patient. He listens,is aware of patients'fears and never hurts me! He encourages comments,and does not suggest unneccesary procedures; he treats you as an individual. And he is very kind and serves VERY good coffee in the office!
As usual, the staff was friendly and efficient, as was Dr. McCroskey. Everyone seems to really care about the patients.
