Our salesperson Russell is amazing. He worked tirelessly for almost a year to find us the right car to fit our family and budget. We were never pressured, but instead accommodated. Everything made right from the detail of the interior to the add on of a tow hitch, with Russell coming in on his day off to see that every detail was handled. I bought a 2010 gmc Acadia last month and already had to replace the front motor mount. And they even had it in their shop to put gps in. The salesman told me they did 500 dollars worth of ac work which nothing was wrong with it from the start. So everyone be careful.
I can't say enough great things about the Pruitt Ford Burkburnett staff. Russell Hill was patient and listened to exactly what we wanted. He let us take our time and look around and we didn't feel pressured or forced into anything. I would definitely recommend Russell and this entire dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle. You won't be disappointed!
