Came in on Friday right before a long holiday weekend. Got there around 4:30. Richard meet me outside. We started looking around until I found the one I wanted to test drive. Once I knew that is what I wanted we started the fun part with all the money. Richard talk to me about my options, my trade, and what I could do and what I couldn't do financially. Over the years I've taken vehicles to scores of different repair facilities, but the Service Department at Pruitt Ford is "head & shoulders" above almost every service department I've ever encountered. Efficient, fair, honest and this absolutely excellent staff offers the finest customer service I have ever seen at any other shop. I hope I don't need service again for a while but, when I do, you folks will see me again.

Out salesperson, Russell, is awesome! He took great care of us. In and out in an hour and a half! Also, the service department is awesome too! They have super nice and accommodating! We will go here again.
It was a great experience and fast and easy Richard Lightner was a great salesman and answered all the questions we had.
Jay Black is the BEST! He helped by making the purchase of a new vehicle as easy as possible! This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Pruitt Ford and will probably keep going back! Thanks Jay for all your help!
