We have bought many fords over our 40 year marriage. All over the USA and this was by far the Best Buy ever. Our salesman was Russell Hill. He was warm, kind, caring, friendly and most of all very very knowledgeable. I have never had a good experience at car dealerships. Either the salesperson was pushy and dishonest or the finance person wouldn't take no for an answer. My experience at Pruitt Ford was Excellent. Jay Black (our salesman) and Chuck Zotz (finance) made our experience smooth and easy with zero hassle. Thanks again!

Just purchased my second vehicle from pruitt in a year's time!!! Great buying experience both times and Russell was our sales guy for both he is amazing!!!!!
I have bought 3 vehicles from Pruitt Ford since 2007. The past couple of days dealing with them has been one of the most disappointing truck buying experiences I have truly ever had. The managers never got up out of their chairs and greeted me or thanked me for my business, the salesman at one point became very rude and unprofessional. Overall a very unpleasant experience. Needless to say I did not buy a truck from them.
