I wish that I can give him zero stars. Don Speicher is a miserable old man who promises to make things happen and he never follows suit. Very unprofessional and he gives you the run around and asks to email him and his assistant multiple times because apparently they are not on the same page. I called about the landlord-tenant lease agreements for all of my tenants that he said that he was going to take care of but he didn't. We recently purchased our retirement home through Prudential Speicher Select. Sheree was awesome to work with and she knew exactly what we were looking for in a home. She gave us so much information on where to find the best mortgage rates, closing specialist, and even made a recommendation for the inspector for the home inspection.
