An agent from the Folly Rd location was the selling agent for a property my family was interested in. The agent in question asked my agent for personal information like my age and my backstory. My agent refused to provide any information other than we have been pre-approved for our loan. Our original offer was passed up for another offer, which happens. A "realtor" of this office viewed a racially biased and hateful cartoon printed in an upstate newspaper and then proceeded to comment that its was accurate!!!! Is the entire company full of people with similar views and opinions???? What about not being biased in the code of ethics in Real Estate?!?
They should be willing to work with people renting their properties given the travel issues with Coronavirus and not encouraging people from affected areas to travel to them. Just because there isn't an outbreak issue in Charleston now doesn't mean it's in the best interest of public health to encourage travel. Do not recommend. Will not get any of my money when we reschedule our trip later this year.
