Awful! Unnecessary tests and mismanagement. His English is not great, so maybe the communications were misunderstood (same with staff). Do other doctors need your insurance card at every visit? Do they require you to bring all your meds each time? Can you tell who is a nurse or clerk? Are they still using outdated recordkeeping methods instead of computers? I would not be comfortable relying with them.
This is a very disorganized office with long waits and no concern for patients.
