I live in the Beacon at Waugh Chapel in Gambrills MD. My wife and I have lived there for 6 years (paid about $130,000.00 in rent). Maintenance is great however, the office management has changed and Donna is more interested in policy and money than human compassion and problem solving. I live in an apartment in MD and since this management company has taken over the service, except for maintenance, is horrible. I have neighbors above me that have a child or a dog that runs back and forth for hours. Since I’m teleworking, it is becoming unbearable. When asked to move to another unit... I was told that I have to pay a $600 transfer fee and re-apply! Unbelievable!
