Very timely about returning power during outages.
Not to Happy getting woke up by pounding on my house after I worked late. And having my power shut off without notice just to change my meter. And the guy was not even in a provo power vehicle. Should not be able to work on anyones residents without permission.
Terrible customer service responses. A nice and polite team, but pretty useless at fixing problems.
Hope to never deal with them again. Never once have been of any help only burden from day 1.
