I found them easy to work with. They very seldom have a power outage but respond quickly if one occurs. They were very helpful in facilitating the connection to our solar panel installation. Their tree crews are a remarkable and seldom appreciated facet of Provo and Provo Power.

the split between your “energy” department and “customer service” is appalling. customer service knows less than the customer and just refers us to this nearly useless fb page.
Can you please implement some sort of green energy initiative that supports electric vehicle (EV) owners? Let's make a plan that will help our area have cleaner air by supporting EV owners. Many other electricity utilities offer special pricing like off peak charging hours with lower rates for EV owners.
Always on top of things and always working hard to keep everyone going. I appreciate the updates they send out and the tips they provide us so we can be prepared for the next outage rather than aggressively demand a quick fix. They have to deal with some hot heads as I've seen on social media and they always rise above it. Thanks for your hard work PCP!
If I could power from another company I would, customer service isnt helpful at all just plain rude, they dont care about their customers just making money.
I was one in 3500 people who lost power yesterday (I didn't realize there was a Facebook page to inform and update people) So I among probably hundreds of others called in to ask whats up. I could tell from the bigging of the call the women on the line was a little frazzled (I would be too!) but she was very kind to me and let me know about this FB page where I can find updates. anyways I just appreciate being treated so kindly even though I was one of probably many people who called in and waisted a moment of her time!
