Because Provo City Power serves the City of Provo they have the ability to fix issues quickly.
The thing I most love about Provo City Power is that they RARELY have an outage. In the last 5 years living in our current place, this one is our FIRST. When outages happen, it's almost ALWAYS caused by an outside cause.... not because of shoddy service or connections..... and even then it's never city wide. Oh yeah.... for the complainers... you could always move to where you're covered by Rocky Mountain Power and be hit with monthly, if not weekly outages..... OR move to Nephi where the power goes out and is off for days i... read more
Just want to say thanks for restoring our power today (Mother’s Day, May 12, 2019). It was out when we got home from church at noon and was back on by 2:00. We take our power so much for granted—thank you for getting right on the problem so our appliances are humming again and my hubby can take his Sunday afternoon nap in front of the TV 😄 Seriously, it means a lot to know we can depend on you!! —a satisfied Edgemont customer
