We booked for my niece 12 birthday. Booking a 3 bedroom suite and she had 5 friends with her . The establishment is beautiful but the staff is horrible after we left house keeping called my sister phone stating the room was vandalize and she wasn’t suppose to have a party we offered to come back to see what they was talking about she was advised if she return to property the police will be called and was hung up on. Me and my husband was there from 6/16/18 to 6/19/18 for Father’s Day vacation. The place is amazing the room is absolutely beautiful as discribed the people there so respectful and kind. Room service is also amazing I’ll spread the word to everyone whoever visit MIAMI to stay at the providence Doral at the blue. I would definitely come back to this hotel suites. As the matter fact I’ll show off my room right now.
Beautiful Resort, nice staff very friendly, the location is close to great attractions,Malls and restaurants, price moderate, nice for special events too
In my experience it was memorable cause I was astounded por the amazing staff I knew, I'm felt so comfortable specially with Azucena from the restaurant and the Bellmans, excellent everything!highly recommended
