RecommendedMy family enjoyed everything about our stay. I could not say enough about the staff and the room. We were kind Of worried with all the pandemic fears, but even before we arrived the staff made us feel comfortable that they had things in place to keep the family safe. The grounds are extremely clean and taken care of. The rooms are very spacious and well put together. Great pool and hot tub. My family would recommend this and we are already planning on going back!
we reserved a one bedroom suite. The carpet and walls were filthy. Both bathrooms were disgusting. We trapped and killed three roaches; and numerous ants. Our reservation was for two weeks however we checked out the very next morning! I will give them a high mark for the fast return of funds to our credit card.

Stayed in Room 611S and as soon as I arrived I was greeted with vomit on the balcony floor and food on the balcony chairs. They came to clean it up but then it went downhill from there. The first night I couldn’t sleep because my room was extremely hot and the fan didn’t work. Then to add to the misery the TVs in both rooms didn’t work either. There was also red mold on the shower curtains. Having worked for a travel company I expected a lot more. I don’t recommend this nightmare to anyone.
