Ladies getaway , and poor representation of 4 star hotel. I specifically chose provident, because I was led to believe that it was a prime spot, both in location and service. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated but nothing worked inside. From broken ice maker, missing utensils, broken coffee maker, requests upon requests for basic amenties such as extra towels, pillows and hangers to fleas on the carpet. This hotel did not deliver.
