The food was amazing at the 5300 Chop. We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with delivering a fruit and cheese tray to our room. We loved the bartender and server Ernie. He made our night special.

This is my second stay and I have no complaints. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff was very polite. Housekeeping was on point. And I look forward to staying here again.
I heard about this cozy restaurant and how they cook extraordinary dishes. So before my vacation come to the end I decided to check it out and it was one of the best decision I made in this trip. I got the Three eggs omelet and half portion of french toast and some hot tea to help with my cold. They have a very attentive staff the manager stopped by the table and so did the Chef. The best hotel we've ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms and balcony. The kitchen has high technology equipments with the large bathroom that include a jacuzzi/spa and TV in the bathroom. The only thing I hated was the check in time at 4pm and checkout at 11.
The food was amazing, the people who work there super nice and professional. I would recommend Provident at Doral to anyone. I'm definitely coming back.
Overall this is a very nice location nestled in a quiet, tranquil area of Doral. The restaurant 5300 Chophouse has really good food. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. They also have good wine to pair with the food.
