First I was told my procedure would cost $978 out of pocket. After cancelling, they 're-ran' the numbers and it was determined that I would only owe about $150, which I paid up front--only to find out that it was completely covered, and I shouldn't have paid anything. 3 weeks later, they're still holding my money hostage, 'waiting for a supervisor' to sign off on my refund check.
All you hear is how great providence is! I call BS.. Just like every slack ass hospital i been too. They all suck at scheduling. You gotta be here at 6am so we can waste your morning and get started asap. at12:00 noon REALLY? so everything's great, we should be leaving here in 3-4 hours according to dr. A$$hole$
Dr Robinson and his staff are the Best. Truly cares about your health and any concerns that you may have. Never feel rushed.
Front desk staff in the ER are the rudest people I have ever met. Working in healthcare for over 10 yrs and I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism as I have over the past two days. And they had my name as Williamson Downey, how stupid can you be??? I am completely disgusted.
