My husband was on hospice for almost 3 years. I sooo appreciate the excellent care and attention I was given from Social Worker, Mary, Nurses, Bunta, Tiffany, Munir and the person that gave my husband baths Cecilia who was always detailed. Never question my instructions always complied. I could NOT have gotten through this without them. THANK ALL of YOU MrsSantos
Unbelievably unprofessional with questionable teams with questionable morals. Allowed my mother with dementia to make a decision influenced by her caregiver who had her own agenda that ultimately caused the death of my mother.
two calls to this place with HMO (not good enough) insurance and got the Cinderella experience. they just won't do any work for making appointments for anyone outside of some weird place called AXE MINISTER. I have no idea why we pay for health insurance, and they get a paycheck for a career of pushing us away rudely USA HEALTHCARE 👎 this experience has become the norm in the last 10 years, but we are paying for nothing but DELAY & DENY... Trinity Hospice is a cold uncaring company, Ingrid our social worker lied multiple times and never checked on the patient or family members after two visits lasting three minutes over the 3 month span. Her first visit She kept mentioning “saving a buck” when it came to my mother’s cremation. Our case manager and RNs first visit she asked my sister who happens to be a RN if she wanted to help flush my mom’s nephro bags.
