I was in and out of the ER in about 4 1/2 hours. The doctor saw me right away, ordered tests and was given something for my pain right away. The nurses were super nice and very attentive. Not only were they helping me, but they helped my sister. I received my diagnosis and went home. Very positive experience thank you
Horrible horrible service. Went to the er and got treated like an insane crazy person. No compassion from the staff besides ONE nurse. That's why you only get one star. She took time to come back and talk with me and listen to why I was terrified. You should always treat every person with the same compassion and understanding, no matter the issue. I won't be coming here ever again.

My mother came in at 5:30. It's now 10. All tests were run at 5:30. Nurse told us at 8 that all moms tests looked good. Dr decided to come tell us she could go home about 45 min ago. Didn't know what was wrong with her. Still waiting for a nurse to come to unhook her from the monitor. I will always remember to take her to the other hospital. I am so furious that I can hardly think. Sutter Hospital, you will have ALL of my business from now on!

It's like wtf we had such terrible care there my 19 year old daughter was seen in the E.R at 9:30am was admitted at 4:30 and didn't get a bed until 2am. The Dr was an idiot she was misdiagnosed twice and received a total of 5 different antibiotics. Some of the nurses were wonderful but there was more bad then good. I think that everyone is entitled a bad day hey I get it the job seems pretty stressful but this is the job you chose so either have the compassion and patience your supposed to have when taking care of people or ... read more
