At first I was terrified when I learned that my back surgery was going to be preformed at Memorial Hospital because of the experience of having to go through security interviews before being able to see my niece in the emergency room because she was asking for me. Was I ever surprised, they took such good care of me that I could have gotten away with everyone thinking that I was the Queen of England. I was in the emergency room very early on Saturday morning due a surprise cardio issue. The folks there were great. Explained every step in each process and kept checking on me. Nurse Denise (I hope I got her name right......she's tall) in particular was simply great. I had never been in an emergency room before but hope this is the kind of care everyone gets. THANKS!
