Went to drop off item that I was told to do and the original place was closed so I was referred to Playa Vista PSC. The receptionist there by the name of Olga was very rude. She advised that they didn’t come back from lunch until 1:30 which was ok with me so I choose to go back to my car wait. I came back at 1:28 and stood by the door and was told I need to have a seat it wasn’t time and I ask if it wasn’t ok to stand there and she said have a seat. The only good doctors here are Amy Shapiro and Dr Lau. I have seen Dr. Shapiro for three years now and she always provides the best care for my kids. She gives me hope that there are doctors who truly care. She has never made me feel stupid for asking questions and always eased my anxiety when my daughter had things going on like a seizure. She is truly an angel sent from above. Dr Lau is the sweetest man I’ve meet for pediatrics. He always listened to my concerns and explained thoroughly. Charged $76 for response to a message in mychart. I can't believe this is even legal. This whole system is so broken. Oh also, the advice I got via mychart was pointless and ignored the information I had written - told me to take something I'm allergic to.
