RecommendedBeing a current employee I'm hyper critical of how Providence operates. I was an Inpatient for 9 days recently and could not have asked for better care or staff that seemed to truly care about me. I can't thank the 10 South staff enough for how they treated me. From nursing staff who were present and listened to CNA's that were absolutely outstanding. Even my surgeon who took time to come up, listen to me and joke around. TACS staff were also outstanding with their follow up.

My husband was transferred from our rural hospital to Providence for a sudden, serious heart condition. From the moment we entered the ED, to the short stay floor, clic visits for additional testing, and subsequent open heart surgery, the quality of care was outstanding. Very clean and friendly staffs
The ER staff was superb! The women on the eighth floor, acted like a well oiled machine. A cohesive group, that obviously cares about patients, and patients families. An extremely professional group, with a personal, compassionate bedside manner. The team, showed a mutual respect toward co-workers, as well. Thank you! Thank you ! Thank you
This is the worse emergency room I have ever been to in my life. I have been here for 5 hours with kidney stones and they don't think they are emergent or the pain I am in. They just keep taking patients before me. It's like a refusal to treat.
