RecommendedBeing a current employee I'm hyper critical of how Providence operates. I was an Inpatient for 9 days recently and could not have asked for better care or staff that seemed to truly care about me. I can't thank the 10 South staff enough for how they treated me. From nursing staff who were present and listened to CNA's that were absolutely outstanding. Even my surgeon who took time to come up, listen to me and joke around. TACS staff were also outstanding with their follow up.
Today is hell! My husband has same day surgery and some IDIOT gave him the wrong time.... We are two hours early....... joy like today wasn’t going to be bad enough.

The staff are very good at their jobs. The after surgery care is great. But waiting to be seen is slow, that seems to take forever, especially when you are suffering. Overall they are great.
I was in there for 4 days..they are a wonderful team..great care team on floor 7..there was a few great ones but a guy named cris was the best..great personal to take care of patients..thanks for all you did to get me well and send me home very grateful ,,thank you Cheryl olson
My sister died a year ago in the Oncology Ward. The staff were fantastic. The hospital provided us a separate large meeting room for all the family and friends to meet. Everybody was wonderful except her personal oncologist who never came to visit her. The on-call doctors and on-call oncologist were wonderful and caring. Emergency room staff and drs were wonderful. Hospital always seemed to be clean and taken care of well. All this comes from a person who works in the medical field in another state
People were so rude and no empathy or compassion
