This company is the definition of bad service. Let's clarify first that we were renters of a house managed by them for 2 years without any late payment or property damage issues. However, they were extremely unresponsive and asymmetrical in the way they handle any request. Just to share some examples: 1) When we left, we forgot to take a pair of skies and a small box with books. The two most recent posts were from a resident and apparently a friend of hers. Unfortunately, the resident was evicted for non payment. We filed through the court system, had a court date, received a judgment for possession and allowed her 30 extra days to pay what she owed. She chose not to pay. We have served thousands of residents since 2001. We have a great relationship with the vast majority and consistently have an over 90% lease renewal rate.

Horrible business!! They “lose” your rent and only magically find it when you get a lawyer. Even though you have all your receipts!!! But by then they’ve already had the sheriff put your belongings on the front lawn for everyone to pick off of! Crooked and no good! Stay away!

Yes they are terrible. They evicted a person without proper 30 day written notice and had the sheriff remove the furnishings in an apartment that was paid up to date and had had no late payments since the start of the Lease in October. It is illegal to put thing out in the yard that belong to a tenant that has not been properly notified and one that has proof of payment of all rents. I believe we are going to report them to the real estate commission

Worst rental experience I've ever had. Took 500$ our of our deposit for the labor cost of two men 9 hours to patch some nail holes and repaint door. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Providence took over the management of my apartment complex and their service record has been terrible. My old landlord was very responsive and helpful. The people at Providence are rude and unapologetic. Maintenance requests often don't get done or if they do it takes days or weeks. Two of my neighbors of several years are now trying to move out because of their anger and frustration with the way Providence's staff has treated them. I don't recommend their services.
