We had an appointment two days ago at 9 PM for delivery. It’s two days later and we’re still waiting. What’s the point of having an appointment if they can’t take us in my wife is in pain and in labor and they can accept us. This is very unprofessional.
Good at producing babies but unfortunately there's no return policy.
My Wife has had two of our babies here, and it has been a good experience both times. After the first time here, we purposefully chose them again for the next.
Third time here in a month (have to come here because this is her insurance ER). This time with chest pain, vomiting, stomach pain, shortness of breath. They made my 88 year old mother sit in the cold waiting room for hours before giving her a bed in the ER, then many more hours for her to get a room. Last time we were here 14 hrs before we got a room. This place is the epitome of purgatory. All three times. Same thing. Nothing has improved.
I can't believe the negative reviews! My water broke early, I spent 10 days in maternity, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about all of the nurses (especially Shawnee, Brenda, Shay and Karen), staff and facilities. My birthing experience was also as good as one can expect with the pain of delivery. I highly recommend this hospital for giving birth, especially if you have a high risk pregnancy!
