I can’t thank trinity kids care enough for what they did for our family. I had 3 children under 3, my youngest being on hospice care for the last 4 months of her life. Dr Komatsu and Our nurse Ashley were there every step of the way making sure our daughter was as comfortable as possible and we got all the support we needed. Trinity led with compassion and empathy and I can not thank them enough for everything they did for us.
I know this is 4 years late but today makes the anniversary of my mother's passing and my father's passing on Oct 8th. I wanted to thank you for everything you did for our family.They brought comfort in the most difficult of times in our life. We had both parents in their care and they passed in peace surrounded by family and their caring staff. The care my mother received for hospice was excellent. The staff was just as attentive to me while coping with my mother's illness and hospice experience. There are angels that walk amongst us.
They killed my mother
My experience with Trinity Providence Palliative/Hospice care was amazing. Because of the Palliative care team that they provided, my husband was able to transition from a subpar nursing facility to our home. The palliative social worker would contact me regularly to make sure that not only was my husband ok, but that I was ok. The palliative nurse knew the exact medications that my husband needed to ease his pain and was a phone call away whenever I had questions.
