Today a nurse was supposed to come to my house and check/treat a surgical wound. Never showed! I made several calls to see what happened, was put on hold and never got help after three calls. Nurse failed to show up. Don’t use this service!
Terrible, do not use them. No customer service, whatsoever.
My review stems from working with customer service for providence medical Remi I believe the name for short to be more specific. This human is one of the worst human beings I have ever had the misfortune to deal with and should not be in customer service. Rude, makes snarky remarks argumentative, has selective hearing, and overall and ignorant nasty human being who should not be working with the public. Avoid providence home health if you can. Especially if you need physical therapy. The lady assigned to us would come for a few minutes put in no effort and left. We are apalled at their lack of care for their job. Recommend these people get an office job instead of going to peoples homes. You can tell that they dont love their profession.
