Wouldn’t accept my insurance, although their signs say they do. Why would I pay you cash if I am also paying for dental insurance?
there 25.00 coupon is a scam, went in to get a cleaning & xrays. so they found i had some plague and wanted to do a plaque cleaning and i said no not now and they refuse to do my teeth cleaning saying it was not fair to me. so 25.00 for exrays and no cleaning done. you all know everyone has some plaque so if you go there for just cleaning .YOU JUST LOST YOUR 25.00 FOR THE PURPOSE YOU WENT THERE FOR, TEETH CLEANING.
RecommendedEveryone is so friendly. The front desk is kind and helpful. I had a few dentist is the past that were very hurtful on my teeth so they basically made me terrified of all dentists. I had to get a few cavities fill and the whole time they kept checking on me to make sure I was okay. They made me feel safe and that I could trust them! Definitely going to keep going to them!!

I’ve been going to providence dental for years and they always take care of me! Especially financially! I never get an unexpected bill after services which is great. They are an honest place to work with and I wouldn’t want to go elsewhere. The ladies in the front office are great and so are the dentists!! Thanks providence dental for taking care of me!!
First time coming here and it completely changed my outlook on how a dental office should be! The office is very nice and the atmosphere is great. Everyone was very friendly. Emily and Rezaei were very knowledgeable and detailed in answering my questions. Will recommend this place to any of my friends or family!

Long wait to get called back, seems unorganized, when they did my X-rays their system froze or something so they moved me to another chair and did all the X-rays again, which I understand can happen, but the amount of X-rays on a new patient times two hurts by the time they’re done, then my son still hadn’t been seen about 25 min past his appt time, and 1 hour and 20 minutes past mine, the the front desk gal comes in the room to tell me, they don’t take my insurance plan, which she had only just verified.
