I’m a first time customer I expected to get a �up a cleaning & Exrays. I got a Exam & Xrays & a sell job of everything that needed to be done! My Teamsters Insurance is supposed to cover 100 % of just the basics. I had to make another appt to get a cleaning. I know there in business to make money. But wouldn’t it make sense to make me feel comfortably first & then hit me with all the things i need to get done. Customer Service has taken a back seat to Profit!
I just had two teeth pulled there. I loved the atmosphere and the staff is very good and friendly.

RecommendedYesterday I was experiencing a lot of pain from a wisdom tooth. They were able to see me on a Sunday that fell on Memorial Day weekend. Staff was extremely kind and professional especially Dr Patel! Have to go back next Thursday to get my wisdom teeth extracted, from my experience with Providence Dental today I have full confidence I will have a positive experience then as well
What an amazing office . I took in my son for his routine check up with Dr Vito and he had 2 cavities the doctor did same day treatment and also had his cleaning. The staff is friendly and the hours are business are great and can accommodate my schedule.
Providence Dental is amazing. I had my first visit on 3/28 and I had so much work done and it was very well done. I don't like going to the dentist because of the deep gum treatments that I have to have. I got all 4 quads done no pain. My mouth feels so fresh, I am so glad I found this Dentist office. The staff is a God sent so nice and professional. Love the office.
The staff is great! Always friendly and eager to help. I definitely recommend them to anyone who may have fear or anxiety going to the dentist.
This dentist office was amazing! Upon entering, the staff was friendly and eager to get to know me while assisting with initial visit paper work! The dental assistants and hygienists were super friendly, gentle, and very courteous to my comfort and explaining each process. I saw Dr. Loh! He was very friendly and helpful. He did a few fillings for me and it was nice to have a staff that took their time rather than push me through the door. The cleaning and fillings were very thorough and came out awesome.
