Michael Cimarusti's ode to seafood-centric fine dining has gotten a much needed revamp, with a nautical theme to reinforce the kind of preparations happening on the plate. [Eater 38 Member]
One of LA's high-end dining. If you love seafood then you'll nicely pamper yourself here. I love how light some dishes are in terms of flavor profile, but none of them disappoints!
Seasonal dinner was not with $210 per person at all. They also dragged it out to 3 hours which was so annoying. Service was courteous but clumsy. Not recommended
I hear there's free street parking around the corner but valet is $5.50

Michael Cimarusti’s raw materials come from all over the world, but his sense of seasonality, his easy multicultural flavor palette and his unfussy use of California produce is solidly L.A.
Simply amazing. Friendly/helpful staff and you can't go wrong with the 3 course meal menu. Everything was wonderful. My taste buds are in heaven!

I tried the 9-course tasting menu and it was divine. All dishes had amazing combinations of flavors. The strawberry white chocolate pistachio rose water dessert was the best dessert I have ever had
