Providence has four tasting menus. The most expensive is, deceptively, the shortest, with the highest quality dishes. It is also the least gut-busting.

The menu changes with the season, but Cimarusti can do no wrong with live Santa Barbara spot prawns, spaghetti a la chitarra with lobster and local sea urchin, Dungeness crab with watermelon or moi.
