We've been doing business with Tommy for 20 years. Never been displeased with any of our services. We've had all 4 of our cars there for tinting and multiple detail jobs. We've also had service performed for several of our customers who were all very pleased. You couldn't ask for better customer service. Thanks for everything you do.
I have had multiple vehicles done at the Florence location as I've personally know the tinter for numerous years. Absolutely 100% perfect everytime.
I got my car tinted several years ago. I noticed my back window had a good amount of bubbles. Was told by the guy who I paid for the job, they have a lifetime warranty. So I wasn't worried. Now my back window looks horrible and is full of bubbles. They don't want to honor the life time warranty unless I have a paper receipt from years ago. When I asked then, how would they know if I got my car done here, he said "we know our work." So it's going to cost me $145 to fix "their work."
The tint job is great. However to return a car filthy is just ridiculous. The car was just washed and hand waxed before being taken there and they claim they didn't wipe down the outside of the car because it was dirty BULLSHIT. On top of tinting widows are you also supposed to be some kind of detail shop atleat return the car in the condition it was dropped off to you in. Will not get my business again.
