You guys are literally the worst. Your tint is cheap like your customer service. Fix your horrid tint jobs.
I like how this piece of shit company responds to nobody to address bad reviews. Shouldn't even be in business.
This company does a terrible job, and refuses to stand behind their work. They'll sell you cheap window tint that falls off when it gets below 30 degrees, then refuse to acknowledge that they provide sub-par service. They will not repair any of their hack jobs, and ignore customers who try to complain. Not worth it! Take your car to some place better. Literally anywhere else would suffice.
I took my car to them to have it detailed & washed/polished before selling it. The carpets were cleaned very well but that's about it. The interior was still dusty, the steering wheel was still dirty, the console had foil in it (that wasn't mine?), and while they had clearly moved things around in the trunk (which was a front license plate kit so nothing strenuous to move by any means), they clearly did not vacuum it. I wasn't sure at all at first - but when I picked up my car - I changed my mind. They did an awesome job detailing my car! Seriously looks new (minus some dings I put on it) again!
I phoned last week for an estimate and was told my sons fiat 500 would be no more than $140. So for his birthday I sneaked his car to covington and got it done it looked great.. However I was stunned when I was told it was $210. Now you can't get many smaller cars than the Fiat 500......of the work had not been done I would have gone elsewhere. 60 over the estimate is ridiculous
