In the past year pro touch has tinted 4 vehicles for me.. on my 2018 Tundra the driver door window had a bubble over a week after they done it. I had to take it back to get them to fix it. Now a year later a hole starts to develop in the tint. I took it back thinking it was warranted... was I sadly mistaken. As the guy stood and picked at the hole and made it worse he told me something hit the tint and done it. NO! Nothing hit my tint. I took my car to the Florence location on Mall Road to have to tint on my back window removed and replaced because it was bubbling real bad. The place that did it originally would not stand behind their, "lifetime" warranty. The guys at Pro Touch not only did a great job, but got me in and out in a very quick amount of time. Thanks Tommy, you and your crew did a great job. I'll definitely be back.
So took my car to be detailed, car has leather seats so pretty easy to clean, but no they left dirt, dust, crumbs in the seats, door armrest was still dirty, they didn't even vacuum the floor mats, interior console wasn't cleaned very well. Never going back again. Don't waste your time with them. If I can see or wipe my car myself and there be dirt then you didn't clean it.
