I recently bought a used Mercedes and needed to find a shop that would service it. I googled service for Mercedes and happened upon Protime Automotive. This shop also happens to be only a half mile from my home so it is extremely convenient. I made an appointment for an oil change and a complete check of the car. we were on vacation when the air quit working, they fixed it and let us know our wheel bearing was bad and got us right in to get fixed. Highly recommend if your ever in va beach and need your vechile fixed come see these guys.

Outstanding customer service! New to this area my expeditions check engine light came on, on a recommendation from a family friend I called Protime and was pleasantly surprised at their quick response! They quickly and precisely assessed the situation, kept me informed via their super efficient automated system, followed up by a phone call to ensure that I understood their diagnosis and after a not over my head explanation made the necessary repairs within that day!!!
