I was in excruciating pain , called emergency number got a call back within 15 minutes . Doc was able to see me the same day .Turned out I needed a root canal. Everything was explained to me in detail , The staff is very professional and caring. I feel no pain at all!! Thank you !!!! Best dentist and staff, I highly recommend them .
Bilu and Julie Mathew are fantastically skilled dentists who care for their patients on an individual level. Each person is followed and the care is far above any other dentist that I've used in the past. The most recent visit was for the impressions for an implant. When I explained about an issue with a gag reflect, Bilu worked his magic and did the impression with extra care and consideration. I would recommend this group to anyone in Suffolk County as well as Nassau County. It's worth the trip to Smithtown.
I am so grateful that my family and I have found such an excellent team of dentists right here in Smithtown! Dr. Julie Mathew, Dr. Bilu Mathew, and the hygienists are fantastic -- they keep you calm, explain everything, and best of all, you feel no pain! If you have any questions concerning health insurance coverage -- or simply making an appointment -- Beth, the receptionist, is so helpful. I highly recommend Mathew Dental Group -- they are a true asset to our community when it comes to dental care!
I am extremely satisfied with the excellent dental check up performed by Dr. Mathew and the expert dental cleaning (hygiene) service by Kim Le. Kim was, as usual, very cheerful and friendly and made my experience comfortable and pleasurable. She explained the progress I have made in maintaining my dental health. I look forward to seeing Kim again at the next routine visit.
