Best ever ..,
i began a scaling and root planing this week and experience a great deal of anxiety as ive had them in the past. although the numbing process is very anxiety producing for me in general, as is the entire procedure, Kim was calming, reassuring and once again made me feel secure and confident. She kept me informed through out the process which helped me anticipate each step and reduced/eliminated my anxiety very quickly. She has a fabulous "bed side manner" and such professionalism! Kim was the sweetest and the best hygienist i have ever experienced! the experience was not at all stressful nor painful in any way! Dr Julie matthews was thorough and calming as well ! great office, great dentist i have been raving about it to all of my coworkers and friends and would recommend this office in a heartbeat!!!
