The whole experience is amazing! John can understand my "explanations of issues" and has taught me every aspect of my prosthetic. John will say he is "just the nuts and bolts guy" but, without his expertise...I would be lost and in a wheelchair again!! Great experience the root cause of my pain was found. If you cannot get relief anywhere else you can here, I had another place trying for 11 months and 18 test sockets and could not make it work. John made 1 test socket and 1 final a few adjustments the 1st three days then the final was made on Thursday I came here from Wichita Kansas and will not go anywhere else.
This prosthetic company is by far the most professional, above-board, & amazing clinic I have worked with. When you work with John Hattingh, he looks at the entire body, muscles, nerves, etc.. as a whole and not just the amputated limb. His assessment is thorough & he gives you 100% of his attention. I feel honored to be treated at this clinic. As far as the office staff & billing go, they are the gold standard that every prosthetic clinic should strive for. Quite simply, they are the best I have ever worked with.
